This wonderful expression of Apple Brandy is a prequel to our upcoming 25 year old Beyond Age Brandy (more on that later).

A total of just 4 barrels of this incredible Apple Brandy was made and bottled. It was Alembic copper pot distilled and aged initially for 2 ½ years in brandy barrels and then finished for another 1 ½ years in used Napa Valley Port casks. The result? Like no other Apple Brandy you have ever tasted!

Deep in color, this powerful apple brandy has striking stone fruit notes on the pallet with a lively yet delicate dark jam finish.  The perfect sipper as the leaves start to change color.  Enjoy this special Apple Brandy now, because once it is gone….it’s gone forever!
